Delete your Texas Tycoon data

Texas Tycoon creates a game account automatically, tied to a random install ID on your device. You can ask us to delete it.

How to request deletion

1. Email games@strata9.exchange with the subject "Delete my Texas Tycoon data".
2. Include the email address you verified in the game (if any) and the approximate date you started playing. If we cannot identify your account, we may ask you a few questions to confirm it is yours.

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days and will reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account, install ID, game progress, balances, auction entries, daily claims, game events and verified email address.

What may be kept

Records of gift-card orders (amount, date, provider reference) may be kept for up to the period required for fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Standard server logs are deleted on their normal schedule. [Legal review: retention periods.]

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete data on our servers.
