Terms of Service and Official Reward Rules

1. Agreement

By using Texas Tycoon you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.

2. The game

Texas Tycoon is a game. Petro-Cash, Rig Bucks, scan tokens and reward tokens are in-game items with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Oil prices, wells and auctions in the game are fictional and are not investment advice.

3. Fair play

One account per person and device. No cheating, bots, modified clients, exploits or multiple accounts. We may suspend accounts, remove items or cancel rewards obtained in breach of these terms.

4. Purchases and ads

The current version has no in-app purchases and no ads. If they are added later, purchases will be processed by Google Play and these terms will be updated.

5. Official Reward Rules (gift cards)

Status: not yet available. When enabled:

• No purchase is necessary. Reward tokens are earned by playing (for example milestones, daily logins and tasks).
• Tokens may be redeemed for e-gift cards from the brands shown in the app, subject to your reward tier, a monthly limit per player, a daily limit for all players, brand availability and fraud checks. Gift cards are never guaranteed. Redemptions may be paused or queued at any time.
• Gift cards are not awarded by chance. Wheel spins, luck cards, chests and auction prizes award in-game items only.
• A verified email address is required. Cards are delivered by our provider, Tremendous, and are subject to the brand's own terms.
• Tokens have no cash value and may expire or be adjusted if the economy changes. Tokens spent on a redemption that fails are returned.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law. [Legal review: eligible countries/states, tax reporting, sponsor address, dispute process.]

7. Changes and ending the service

We may change, pause or end the game or any feature. We will try to give notice of major changes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Strata9 Inc. is not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to $50. [Legal review.]

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. [Legal review: venue and arbitration.]
